Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the procedures for booking, rescheduling, and cancellations for Keith Concepts Discovery Calls. Clients are allowed to cancel or reschedule appointments directly online within the following timeframes: Cancellations can be made up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours in advance of the appointment. To ensure availability, clients are required to book at least 24 hours prior to the desired time.
